 Darell Veal Houpe is a devoted husband, father, Iraq War veteran, and federal employee whose life is grounded in faith, service, and leadership. As the son of Pastors Steve and Donna Houpe, he embraces the values of integrity, compassion, and servant leadership that have shaped his personal and professional journey.

A graduate of Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Darell is passionate about developing men and inspiring the next generation to lead with character, confidence, and purpose. Through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, he is committed to helping others recognize their potential and pursue lives of faith, excellence, and service.

Whether serving his community, spending time with family, enjoying a round of golf, or playing pickup basketball with friends, Darell believes that true leadership is measured by the lives you influence and the legacy you leave behind.
